Halloween is approaching and many women can't decide what costume they want to wear for the massive night. The thing is, you want to have a one-of-a-kind costume that no one else is wearing in order to make a good statement, especially if you plan on attending a costume party. Vampires and witches are a no no, especially if there will be a contest, there will be dozens of people dressed up like that. Ever Consider purchasing, or buying, a cowgirl costume? Granted you may have seen a few, but not very many, which is why it is a great costume for any activities you've planned on Halloween. there are many different ways you could go about putting together a cow girl costume, but here are a few ideas to get you started. you'll definitely need a cowboy hat and a pair of cowgirl boots, that is a given. I suppose other footwear could be worn instead, but it wouldn’t look quite as authentic as a nice pair of cowboy boots. Spurs on the boots would be a great idea (as long as this not a child cowgirl costume, spurs can be dangerous), and perhaps a pistol holster strapped to your side with a fake pistol inside of it as well. Denim pants (or shorts if it is warm enough where you live), a white tank-top, and maybe even a denim vest would look excellent as part of a cowgirl Halloween costume.
If you are going to wear a belt, try to make sure you've a large buckle attached to it that would also fit the costume very well. Another consideration is your hair, do you have long or short hair? You could wear pigtails, braids, or simply hide all of your hair underneath of the cowgirl hat. Instead of pants or shorts, you could wear a denim mini skirt that would look gorgeous if you're in the mood for a sexy cowgirl costume!
A realistic costume is much more impressive than a fake looking costume will ever be, so try to keep it as authentic looking as possible. These are just a few ideas to get you started, but a cowgirl costume could have a million different twists on it, just go with what works the best for you!
